SULFITE-CELLULOSE PRODUCTION

JSC Vyborgskaya cellulose produces unbleached softwood sulfite pulp. This production is equipped by "Enso-Gutzeit" (Finland) and includes wood-processing shop, acid-cooking shop, washing and wood-pressing shops, wood-pulp screening. Sulfite-cellulose production has 5 digesters, which produce 207 tons of cellulose per 24 hours. The production processes up to 1000 m³ of wood. Alkalines are used in production of fodder protein yeast and lignosulfonates.

PAPER-BASE PRODUCTION

The paper-base manufacture contains paper manufacturing and chemical manufacturing. Paper manufacturing is performed on the equipment by "Voith" (Austria). Two-wires forming paper machine enables production of 1-layer and 2-layer paper with grammage 70 – 150 g/m². The capacity of papermaking machine is 60 000 t of production per annum. The input system "Bill-Blade" makes possible to make coatings on one or both sides of the sheet, that makes available to get different types of paper with light coatings.

PAPER PROCESSING PRODUCTION

Paper processing production is one of the biggest printing and publishing productions in Europe. It contains: intaglio-printing line, coating line and also wallpaper producing lines. The coating line is equipped with machines producing materials on the base paper, PE, micro-wax, paraffin and different latex coatings. Intaglio printing has colored machines by "Windmuller & Holscher" (Germany) for full-colored printing. Our paper is intended for food products, medical preparations packing and chemicals.
